Go for 2012 Ninja 250 if you need a simple and compact sport bike with good performance, light of weight, and cheap of prices, but you can go for 2012 Ninja 650 if you need more powerful motorcycles engine than 250cc, it's still light of weight, low seat height but the prices is more expensive than Ninja 250.
