Is Old CBR250RR Better Than New 2011 CBR250R?

CBR250RR VS CBR250R : We all know that Honda cbr has introduced the latest Honda CBR250R series, but let's see and compare the motorcycle with the previous versions, for example We compare it with the 1990 CBR250RR, this is the old CBR series. So.. after my second read and comparing this bike, I also has found about it at MCN, I can conclude that the CBR250RR was better than the latest 2011 Honda CBR250R. We talk about power or performance guys, not the style or also design, for example the maximum power of 1990 CBR250RR is around 45 HP , and of course it's better than the new 2011 CBR250R edition with only around 26 HP, see it?
