Is Old CBR250RR Better Than New 2011 CBR250R?

CBR250RR VS CBR250R : We all know that Honda cbr has introduced the latest Honda CBR250R series, but let's see and compare the motorcycle with the previous versions, for example We compare it with the 1990 CBR250RR, this is the old CBR series.
